All orders are shipped using Royal Mail “Tracked 48” within 1-3 days of your order being placed.
Prices added to your order for shipping include the price of all packaging and printing involved in sending your order as well as the original Royal Mail postage fee.
Please allow up to 7 days for your item(s) to arrive from the date of shipping confirmation (sent to you via email) before getting in touch regarding a missing delivery.

All sales are final, Slanky® does not accept returns or provide refunds unless an item has been damaged by Royal Mail (and you can clearly show proof of this). Therefore, please make sure that you have entered your size, address, etc. correctly before finalising your order.
